We are teaming up with our awesome neighbors, Zone-Fitness for You, for this FREE boot-camp style class! Paul Richardson will be coaching and his warm-up and stretching begins at 3:30 pm (arrive at 3:15 pm to get registered). All fitness levels welcome! Heart rate monitors will be provided during class.
